    Gradual

The speed matters. A lot. There are many crossovers in personal development and physics. The inevitable return of a life-or-death hard effort will be a pendulum swinging back as powerfully as it was sent out. Gradual approaches allow for sustainable actions and help moderate our commitments, fulfillment, promote positive self-beliefs.

    Action

Knowledge and intentions are inherently passive. In order to begin seeing the results in your life that you are after, taking actions are essential. Actions can be the act of practicing a physical skill, or a more self-serving thought or internal habit. The key is to DO it, and stay committed to consistently doing it.

    Practice

When I witness the huge successes that my clients make, it becomes obvious what is the cause. Practice. The dedication to whatever actions are necessary on the path toward the goal. Staying committed becomes reflective and habitual when practice is the cornerstone of your approach; not the occasional dabble - but the consistent showing up.
